Morning sickness doesn't happen to every women who to expect pregnancy even though they had positive pregnancy test. Some may not feel nausea until nearly halfway through trimester. Usually, it would show up between six and eight week after last menstrual period (LMP).

Keep in mind, this can vary from woman to woman. Whereas it is called morning sickness, nausea can catch you at any time whether it is day or night. But most will more likely to feel sick in the morning because of empty stomach.

hCG or human chorionic gonadotropin, the hormone responsible for in buiding your baby's placenta and estrogen start to produce rapidly during eight week marks. Some women can handle the rapid hormonal changes with no problem, but you may find that your body can't tolerate the changes since for hCG alone, the level can double every week during first trimester.

If morning sickness is so serious that you are constantly vomiting and seems it cannot be stop, consult with your doctor about the possibility of having hyperemesis gravidarum, and it can cause dehydration.
